Starting June 2017, Grain is rewarding all of our customers with gifts small to large. Here’s what you can expect:

The monthly chase

Earn higher status and get rewarded based on how many orders you make in a month.

Terms and conditions

We’ll try to explain the terms in as human a way as possible, for both your benefit and ours.

How do I earn rewards?

  • Every meal box order you make will count towards your Grain Rewards status (buffet/catering orders do not).

  • Rewards are awarded based on how many orders you make on the given month.

  • Your monthly order count resets at 00:00:00 on the first day of every month.

  • Cancelled orders do not count towards your monthly order count.

How do my rewards get used?

  • Any rewards earned are automatically applied to the next order you make through our website or mobile app. Orders made through our sales team will not have Grain Rewards applied to them.

  • Rewards are not transferable across multiple orders. Any unused reward value after your reward order has been made will be lost.

  • Rewards will expire if unused by 23:59:59 on the last day of the month after the month in which it was earned (e.g. if Silver status is earned on July 10, the reward expires if no more orders are made by end of day, August 31).

  • Aside from being used as discounts on Grain meal box orders, rewards cannot be exchanged in any way for their monetary value.

Anything else?

  • Grain reserves the right to add, remove or pause rewards on any Grain account.

  • Grain reserves the right to make adjustments to the Grain Rewards program at any time. This includes tier levels, rewards and these conditions. But don’t worry, we’ll tell you if we change anything.

  • Grain customers may opt out of the Rewards program at any time by contacting us.
